The Peoria, Decatur & Evansville Railway
| Name: | Heman, Illinois(elevation 615') |
| Mile Post: | 65.7 |
| Previous Station: | Latham |
| Next Station: | Warrensburg |
| Description: | Formerly known as Bullardsville after Warner Bullard, the name was changed to Heman after the IC took over the PD&E. Heman's reason-to-be has always seemed to been related to agriculture. While there isn't so much as a switch in Heman today, there are still plenty of chickens, roosters and goats. |
