The Peoria, Decatur & Evansville Railway

 Name:  Heman, Illinois(elevation 615')
 Mile Post:  65.7
 Previous Station:  Latham
 Next Station:  Warrensburg
Description:  Formerly known as Bullardsville after Warner Bullard, the name was changed to Heman after the IC took over the PD&E.  Heman's reason-to-be has always seemed to been related to agriculture.  While there isn't so much as a switch in Heman today, there are still plenty of chickens, roosters and goats.
